It is a small (about the size of a brick) universal plug-and-play device\, with no installation required\, and it can be mounted to a fixed surface if desired (or required). \nThe Power Badger® is an established and active public utility measure with a multi-year proven track record of kWh savings\, successfully implemented in residential\, commercial/industrial and agricultural markets\, with an average energy savings credit of 1540 kWh (per unit\, per year) by several utilities. Average ratepayer savings of 6-7million kWh claimed by utilities (each year) over the last two years\, just by implementing the Power Badger as an active measure.
