Lincoln Anderson and Norm Upson have nearly forty years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. After working for several different companies, they realized the need for a higher level of service and professionalism and that’s when they made the decision to start Americool. Their technicians and installers are factory certified, union trained, and drug tested. With their professional appearance, prompt arrival, and extensive training, our contractors are ready to meet any heating and cooling challenge they are faced with.

Since Lincoln and Norm are long-time installers and technicians, they know what it takes to do the job right while delivering first-class customer service. Our diverse background covers everything from furnaces and heat pumps to boilers and geothermal systems, ensuring that we can install, maintain, and repair the right system for you.

MH Service and Supply

I have worked in the manufactured home industry for over 30 years. Two years ago, we started MH SERVICE & SUPPLY.

Customers who own manufactured homes often need new skirting because of rodent damage. These projects may also require us to replace defective skirting, remove underbelly wrap, sometimes replace water lines, replace heat crossover ducts, re-insulate ducts and underfloor, repair or add drainage, replace siding, replace roofing, replace windows and decks.

As you can see, our customers will benefit from us offering PUD incentives. The state also licenses us to work on manufactured homes.
