Our history
Kaminski Construction was born in 2008 at the beginning of the Great Recession. We landed our first job and began to grow, as other construction companies were laying workers off. We have continued to grow an expand our services and now field a crew of about 24 full-time employees.

Comfort Heating and Cooling

Started in Central Oregon in 1995 . I have built my business on trust, honesty and quality workmanship.
I have been working in the HVAC trade since I was 16.
Attended and completed and union local 39
4 year apprentice program in San Francisco, Ca.
Moved to Oregon in 1983 where I worked as a refrigeration tech for Pepsi Cola of Bend for 10 years before starting Comfort Heating in 1995.
I moved to Waldport Oregon in June of 2021. I opened
up a new branch of Comfort Heating in 2021 serving the central coast and have loved every minute of it.
Meeting plenty of good people who I work for that later become friends.
Our slogan is ” We Aim to Please”. That pretty much sums it up.

Branch Brothers Construction, LLC

Yod Branch, owner of Branch Brothers Construction LLC, has worked as a contractor since 2000, and has accumulated significant experience in many ventures including ground up construction, residential and commercial remodels, commercial building services, production facilities, and project management. The team consists of 6 team members, all of whom are family-oriented locals that believe in excellence, and have considerable construction experience between them.
Yod is not only a builder, he is invested in ensuring that the finished space is beautiful and has an artful component. Yod and the crew are very engaged and active in the local community, and frequently volunteers at non-profits, participate in community organizations, and have fostered a large amount of community goodwill in the Central Oregon area.
Over the years Branch Brothers Construction has cultivated an extensive network of trustworthy and vetted sub-contractors that provide the same quality, timely, and trustworthy service. These sub-contractors have not only become part of the team, but they are part of the Branch Brothers family.
