ATI Insulation LLC

I have been in the construction industry since 2013. Right after high school I got a job at an HVAC company as an installer, worked there for 6 months and decided it was time to make more money, so I went to work at a plywood mill located in the Colville Tribe Reservation where I learned crucial skills and knowledge about building materials. Truth be told I probably still be at the plywood mill but unfortunately the mill moved to the southeast part of the country, and my roots are deeply imbedded in Washington soil and decided to look for local job opportunities in my hometown (Okanogan). Almost by mistake I stumbled upon a job posting at my local community action agency, where they were in need of a construction coordinator, not knowing where this job was going to take me, I applied and thankfully was hired on, and I couldn’t be more thankful because thanks to this job I was able to learn about the world of weatherization and all the great things it has accomplished in our state and nationwide. In 2021 I decided it was time to open my own business, because I knew and saw the demand for weatherization services in my area. I have been in business for a little over a year but count with a Building Analyst certification accredited through BPI, and 6 years of experience with the weatherization program. Washington is headed for a greener future, which means the demand for electricity will go through the roof, my goal and role is to help my fellow Washingtonians be ready by providing my weatherization services to their homes, and in doing so I know we can make their homes more energy efficient and also improve comfort & most importantly health & safety.
