IDB HVAC is a family-owned, Washington-licensed HVAC contractor based in Federal Way, serving King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap, Thurston, Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties. We install and service ducted and ductless heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and gas furnaces, with Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin as our primary equipment lines. Every installation is sized with an ACCA Manual J load calculation, and we perform Washington energy-code duct leakage testing in-house.
